Furniture Removal and Floor Prep.
Previous Floor Was Put On With Tape. There was a lot of prep needed to remove the adhesive.
Floor was water damaged. Wood was removed, replaced, insulated and leak was addressed.
Vinyl Plank Flooring (LVP) installation.
Bed was made a bit larger and pistons were replaced. Carpet for under bed storage was replaced as well as on the bed surface. Drawers were repaired and bed was realigned.
Booth/Dinette reconstruction and reupholstery.
Sofa reupholstery and adjustment.

Cut, build, sand and polish Corian counter to accommodate new sink, Cut, build, and sand/polish new drop leaf table and counter top for old cabinet out of Corian. Repair china cabinet, removed and replaced damaged wood. Make Ozite covered shelf liners for pantry. Remodel pantry to slide out as far as possible. Create and cover under overhead cabinets with vinyl wrap (5 total pieces). Modified Corian top on Bathroom Vanity. Cut shape and finished R&R hallway vinyl ceiling for repair of AC duct. Removed existing cabinetry, compartments, counter tops & etc. Removed 2 layers of existing flooring in entire coach (tongue & groove & sheet vinyl). Prep floor, requiring floating 3 coats with cement product, sanding and
scraping between applications. Installed 220 sq. ft of vinyl plank flooring to a pre-glued surface, entire floor.
8 windows – Scrape off all window gasket material inside and outside and scrub clean. Install new inner and out gasket material and re-adjust for proper closure on all windows. 2 wheel wells – wrap with insulation and seal with duct tape, enclose with plywood and trim and treated with stain and finish

Reinstall existing countertop, sink, range and all plumbing. Repair and upgrade water damaged slide room. Recovered bottom exterior with black fiber mesh and added stainless steel panels at each roller. Built and installed new custom countertop with 3 drawers and trim. Added 110v outlets to each end of countertop.
